General Description
The customer would like to be able to create opportunities with the same name.
They put a name to the opportunity based on something short and meaningful such as "China LCL" but they could have very similar opportunities and generate equal names, and if that happens an error pops up, they don't remember the names they used before so they would like to be able to use again that same name.
Magaya could differentiate those two opportunities maybe by using an internal generated unique number.
Current Functionality
The Magaya CRM utlizes name as an internal link within the system as shown by the Opportunities sub-grid in the Accounts:
Future Functionality
Enhance the internal linking so that refernces are based on the unique ID of the record and multiple records can have the same name. Do not restrict the creation of Opportunities based on the same name.
Add a control to the CRM's Setup area to allow customers to toggle this feature on and off based on their buseinss needs.
