Rather than just request a feature, try to explain the underlaying business problem that the idea would solve

Do not contact Magaya's Customer Support about the status of this idea. The Support team is there to help you with what the product can do today. By definition, these ideas are something new.
All the ideas submitted by customers are reviewed by our Product Team. There are many more great product enhancement ideas than we could ever fit on our roadmap, so we cannot guarantee that your submission will be added to the software. If your idea is being added to an upcoming software release, you will be notified.
