ACELYNK use to have a feature at the top of the screen that would allow you to create a file with limited information. This feature was removed because they created the capability within the shipment screen to create a file with minimal data elements. This is very helpful to be able to create a file that you have received limited documentation on but perhaps you have not received all required documentation that will allow you to make entry to CBP or you are awaiting a PGA document, etc….

When this type of files are created the flag on the 7501 is white. This reflects a file that has not been transmitted to CBP.

To enable users to “manage” pending shipments….we could use the current display feature; however, when I tested this feature on the dashboard it did not provide the result I needed.

If the current display can be used show select and show only files in which the flag is white that would be great. Another option would be to provide us with the ability to sort by flag color.
