Census Warnings

Presently the system will print the 7501 and indicate a message on the dashboard. I would like the message to still appear on the dashboard but the 7501 not print. Once the 7501 prints the entry is added to the auto billing platform. This causes credit and rebills to be done if the original 7501 is in error. This also causes issues with statements if the census was not addressed prior to statement date. If the 7501 does not print it will remain in the pending summary queue to be reviewed and corrected or census override data to be transmitted.
