Add CBP Timestamp to CBP ACE Status Notification Emails

CBP messages come with a timestamp, which is actually visible for each message on the PAPS tracker page: https://www.acelynk.com/entrystatus.php?enumber=etc.

The body of the notifications emails, however, do not contain this timestamp. As notification emails can be delayed or arrive out of order, it would be useful for the recipient to be able to see at a glance the exact time a message was issued from CBP.
