Ability to put Notes in inventory parts

We investigate all ADD CVD flags fore very entry. We have circumstances where individual products that may need additional comments or requirements. It would be extremely useful if there was a notes or comment box that pops up when the user picks the product that alerts them to whatever the note says. It's a better way to note research or CF29 changes, Rulings, ADD/CVD notes, additional docs, etc. This would help prevent repeated inquiries when the research had already been completed on any one part. Also, it would present the importer notes from becoming overwhelmed with part notes.
