214 Open/Closed Reports

For our annual FTZ audit with Chicago CBP we have to bring 5 "open" 214's with inventory showing available against them and 5 "closed" 214's with inventory showing depleted from them. We need a report that shows this information. Attached is the report we would be able to run in Questaweb to get this information quickly.
