FDA Processing Error with Port Fields

Port Code Fields are free-type fields in the PGA screens. They should be set-up liek the port code feilds in the entry. if you tranpose a number it will allow it and transmit it to FDA like in this example and we have to CANCEL the entry and re-transmit a new entry due to a port code error that should not have been allowed to happen.

"FDA has encountered a processing error with this entry. The processing error is due to Invalid Inspection Location ‘2201’. This is not a valid port for entry. If you are unsure which port code to use, please contact your CBP client rep for assistance.You may also want to contact your software vendor to let them know of this processing error."
